Last week, we have finished the pruning of the vines and we began binding the canes using the double Guyot training system (see the photo).
We think that at mid-March we will have finished this work.

just curious; why have you choosen to use double Guyot instead of single? Isn't this more work?
And why use the "Mosel arch or Pendelbogen" instead of flat canes?
