28/30° C (82/86° F) with minimums of 17° C (63° F). The humidity has disappeared (thanks to the sunset wind). This weather situation is optimal for the vineyards as they complete the ripening or "invaiatura" meaning the "veraison". The demonstration of this is also the new vegetation that continues to develop and so we are forced to pass through the vineyards again to trim.
